- 2 tablespoons mustard Dijon or yellow
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 medium carrots peeled and chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Sauté the Vegetables: Heat oil in a pot, add chopped onion and carrots, and cook for 5-7 minutes until softened. Stir occasionally.
Add the Garlic and Mustard: Once the vegetables are tender, add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes. Stir in mustard and cook for another minute.
