  • 1 cup honey or maple syrup Maple syrup can be used as a vegan alternative.
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder Choose high-quality cocoa for richer flavor.
  • 3 cups rolled oats Regular or gluten-free oats can be used.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Pure vanilla extract is recommended.
  • 1 pinch salt Enhances sweet flavors.

Preparation

  • In a large saucepan, combine the peanut butter and honey (or maple syrup) over medium heat. Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  • Remove the saucepan from the heat and mix in the cocoa powder until fully incorporated.
  • Stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
  • Gradually add the rolled oats, mixing until they are fully coated with the chocolate peanut butter mixture.
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared tray.
  • Flatten the cookies slightly with the back of the spoon to form even shapes.
  • Place the tray in the refrigerator for about 30 to 60 minutes, allowing the cookies to set.
  • Once set, enjoy your delicious no-bake cookies!
