Ingredients
  

Chicken and Marinade

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into strips Use slightly thawed chicken for better marinating
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For marinating chicken
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix the olive oil and all the spices together to form a marinade.
  • Add the chicken strips to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade.
  • Let the chicken sit for about 15-30 minutes to absorb the flavors, if possible.

Cooking

  • Place the marinated chicken strips in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
  • Cook for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken tenders are golden and cooked through.
  • Use a meat thermometer to check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) for safe consumption.
  • Once done, remove from the air fryer and let them sit for a few minutes before serving.
