Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper and lightly spray it with cooking spray.
Cream the butter and sugar together in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
Add the mashed bananas and milk, mixing until combined.
Sift the flour, baking soda, and salt over the wet mixture. Gently fold until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
Microwave the Nutella for 15 to 20 seconds to soften it. Take one cup of the batter and mix it with the warmed Nutella in a separate bowl.
Alternate spoonfuls of the regular batter and Nutella batter into the prepared loaf pan. Use a knife to swirl the two together gently.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean with a few moist crumbs.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
