  • 1 1/4 cups milk (almond or oat milk recommended)
  • 1/4 cup Nutella Use quality Nutella for best flavor.
  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds These add fiber and protein.
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt A pinch enhances flavor.

Toppings

  • strawberries, yogurt, chopped hazelnuts Customize as desired.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together your choice of milk and Nutella until the two items blend seamlessly.
  • Stir in the rolled oats, chia seeds, and a pinch of sea salt until well mixed.
  • Cover the bowl with cling wrap or transfer the mixture into glasses or mason jars.

Refrigeration

  • Refrigerate the mixture for at least 6 hours or overnight.

Serving

  • When ready to enjoy, stir the oats well and add desired toppings.

Notes

Nutella Overnight Oats can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days. Stir in a splash of milk if the oats thicken too much.
