  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil or vegan butter (melted)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or agave syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Add-ins

  • 1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine oat flour, baking soda, and salt. Whisk together.

Mixing Wet Ingredients

  • In another bowl, mix melted coconut oil or vegan butter with brown sugar until smooth.
  • Then add maple syrup and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.

Combine Mixtures

  • Gradually add the dry mixture into the wet mixture, stirring continuously until combined.
  • Fold in the dairy-free chocolate chips.

Baking

  • Scoop out portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown.
  • Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
