Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter Melted
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • a pinch nutmeg
  • a pinch salt
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Spray the inside of a 12 oz mug with baking spray.
  • Place the butter in the mug and microwave for about 20 to 30 seconds until melted.
  • Add the brown sugar and vanilla extract to the mug, and mix until well combined.
  • Crack in the egg and mix well.
  • Add the quick oats, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt, and mix until blended.
  • Stir in the milk until everything is smoothly incorporated.

Cooking

  • Microwave the mug for 30 seconds, stir, then microwave for another minute or until the cake is set.
  • Allow to cool for 1 to 2 minutes before enjoying.
