Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
Add pasta and milk, stirring to coat the pasta.
Bring to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally to keep the pasta submerged.
Cook for about 15 minutes until the pasta is tender and the sauce has thickened.
Remove from heat, stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
