Instructions
In a large pot, combine whole milk and water or broth. Heat over medium-high until it reaches a gentle boil.
Stir in the pasta and reduce the heat to a simmer. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes.
Add the finely chopped broccoli and simmer for an additional 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove the pot from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, Greek yogurt, and optional butter until melted and creamy.
Serve immediately, garnished with additional cheese or herbs if desired.
