Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 medium frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 each orange zest and segments
  • 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup/agave

Instructions
 

  • Gather all ingredients, including the peeled and segmented orange.
  • In a high-speed blender, add the ice cubes, frozen banana, Greek yogurt, orange juice, vanilla extract, orange zest, and orange segments.
  • Sprinkle in the ground flaxseed and sweetener of choice. Adjust sweetness to your preference.
  • Blend on high for about 60 to 90 seconds until smooth. If too thick, add more orange juice or water and blend again.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or zest if needed. Serve immediately in tall glasses.
