Instructions
Gather all ingredients, including the peeled and segmented orange.
In a high-speed blender, add the ice cubes, frozen banana, Greek yogurt, orange juice, vanilla extract, orange zest, and orange segments.
Sprinkle in the ground flaxseed and sweetener of choice. Adjust sweetness to your preference.
Blend on high for about 60 to 90 seconds until smooth. If too thick, add more orange juice or water and blend again.
Taste and adjust sweetness or zest if needed. Serve immediately in tall glasses.
