oranges, peeled
1
cup
orange juice (freshly squeezed for best flavor)
1/4
cup
milk of choice or additional orange juice
1/8
tsp
pure vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
Peeled the oranges and remove any seeds.
If desired, freeze half of the orange juice in an ice cube tray ahead of time for a thicker smoothie.
In a blender, combine the peeled oranges, orange juice (and frozen cubes if used), milk, vanilla extract, and sweetener.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary, blending again if needed.
Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
