Ingredients
  

  • 2 oranges, peeled
  • 1 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed for best flavor)
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice or additional orange juice
  • 1/8 tsp pure vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Peeled the oranges and remove any seeds.
  • If desired, freeze half of the orange juice in an ice cube tray ahead of time for a thicker smoothie.
  • In a blender, combine the peeled oranges, orange juice (and frozen cubes if used), milk, vanilla extract, and sweetener.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary, blending again if needed.
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
