Instructions
Crumble the Oreo cookies using a food processor or by hand in a plastic bag for a chunkier texture.
In an airtight container or glass jar, add the rolled oats.
Sprinkle the chia seeds and crumbled Oreos over the oats.
Pour in the milk and add the vanilla extract. Stir well to combine.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or ideally overnight, to allow the oats and chia seeds to soak up the milk.
In the morning, give your oats a good stir and garnish with additional crumbled Oreos before serving.
