Ingredients
  

  • 2 cookies Oreo crumbled, plus more for garnish
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups milk any type

Instructions
 

  • Crumble the Oreo cookies using a food processor or by hand in a plastic bag for a chunkier texture.
  • In an airtight container or glass jar, add the rolled oats.
  • Sprinkle the chia seeds and crumbled Oreos over the oats.
  • Pour in the milk and add the vanilla extract. Stir well to combine.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or ideally overnight, to allow the oats and chia seeds to soak up the milk.
  • In the morning, give your oats a good stir and garnish with additional crumbled Oreos before serving.
