  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  • In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper to create a seasoning blend.
  • Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of each chicken breast.

Cooking

  • Place the seasoned chicken breasts in a baking dish or on a lined baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  • Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing or serving.
