Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/4 cup light coconut milk
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • In a jar or container, mix together the coconut milk, rolled oats, vanilla yogurt, and chia seeds.
  • Stir well to ensure all ingredients are combined.
  • Let the mixture sit for about three minutes to allow the chia seeds to absorb moisture.
  • Stir again to break any clumps formed by the chia seeds.
  • Cover the jar securely and refrigerate for at least an hour, preferably overnight.
  • When ready to serve, give the oats a stir and add more coconut milk if needed for desired consistency.
