Instructions
In a jar or container, mix together the coconut milk, rolled oats, vanilla yogurt, and chia seeds.
Stir well to ensure all ingredients are combined.
Let the mixture sit for about three minutes to allow the chia seeds to absorb moisture.
Stir again to break any clumps formed by the chia seeds.
Cover the jar securely and refrigerate for at least an hour, preferably overnight.
When ready to serve, give the oats a stir and add more coconut milk if needed for desired consistency.
