Ingredients

cups
old-fashioned oats
2
teaspoons
ground flaxseed

Greek or plain yogurt
3
cups
milk (dairy or non-dairy)
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
2

strawberries, sliced
Almond butter
for topping
Instructions
In four jars, add 1/2 cup of old-fashioned oats and 1/2 teaspoon of ground flaxseed.
Pour in 1/4 cup of yogurt and 3/4 cup of milk into each jar, along with 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Stir well.
Top each jar with fresh strawberries.
Seal the jars and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, stir the oats and add more milk if desired. Top with almond butter and enjoy!
