Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 2 teaspoons ground flaxseed
  • 1 cup Greek or plain yogurt
  • 3 cups milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • Almond butter for topping

Instructions
 

  • In four jars, add 1/2 cup of old-fashioned oats and 1/2 teaspoon of ground flaxseed.
  • Pour in 1/4 cup of yogurt and 3/4 cup of milk into each jar, along with 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Stir well.
  • Top each jar with fresh strawberries.
  • Seal the jars and refrigerate overnight.
  • In the morning, stir the oats and add more milk if desired. Top with almond butter and enjoy!
