Instructions
Set up three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with bread crumbs mixed with cheese, salt, pepper, and herbs.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip it in eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan over medium heat.
Cook the chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
Let the chicken drain on paper towels and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
