Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk Or your choice of milk.
  • 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt Or dairy-free yogurt.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Orange Juice
  • 1 small Navel Orange Peeled.
  • 1 1/2 cups Fresh Peach Slices About 2 large peaches.
  • 1 1/2 cups Fresh or Frozen Mango Chunks
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds Optional.

Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients and wash the peaches and mangoes thoroughly.
  • In a high-speed blender, combine almond milk, Greek yogurt, and fresh orange juice.
  • Add the prepared peach slices and mango chunks to the blender. If using fresh fruit, consider adding ice for a colder smoothie.
  • Sprinkle in the chia seeds if desired.
  • Blend on high speed until creamy and smooth, about 30 seconds.
  • If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk gradually until reaching your desired consistency.
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately, or add your favorite toppings if desired.
