maple syrup or honey
or your preferred sweetener

chia seeds

vanilla extract

ground cinnamon

ground ginger

chopped peaches
as needed
additional chopped peaches
for topping
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond milk, sweetener, chia seeds, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and ginger.
Fold in the chopped peaches until evenly distributed.
Transfer the mixture to mason jars or airtight containers and seal them.
Refrigerate for at least a few hours, preferably overnight, to allow the oats to soak and soften.
When ready to serve, top with additional chopped peaches and enjoy!
