Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 cups frozen peaches
  • 1 whole frozen banana
  • 1 cup peach juice or apple juice
  • ¼ cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. honey

Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients and have your blender ready.
  • Add the ice to your blender first.
  • Add the frozen peaches and frozen banana.
  • Pour in the peach juice or apple juice.
  • Add the Greek yogurt and honey.
  • Blend until smooth, adjusting with more juice if necessary.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
