Equipment

  • Mason jar or airtight container
  • Mixing Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup non-dairy milk or dairy milk
  • 1/3 cup non-dairy vanilla yogurt or dairy yogurt
  • 1/2 cup chopped peaches
  • 1 Tbsp almond butter
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup (or honey, agave, etc.)
  • 1/2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • Optional toppings (fresh peaches, almond butter, granola)

Instructions
 

  • In a clean jar or container, add rolled oats first.
  • Pour in your choice of milk and stir to combine.
  • Add yogurt, chopped peaches, almond butter, maple syrup, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
  • Secure the lid and place the jar in the refrigerator. Let it chill overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  • When ready to serve, stir again and add additional milk if needed for consistency. Top with more peaches, almond butter, or granola if desired.

Notes

Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Add toppings just before serving to maintain their texture.
