rolled oats

non-dairy milk or dairy milk

non-dairy vanilla yogurt or dairy yogurt

Instructions
In a clean jar or container, add rolled oats first.
Pour in your choice of milk and stir to combine.
Add yogurt, chopped peaches, almond butter, maple syrup, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
Secure the lid and place the jar in the refrigerator. Let it chill overnight or for at least 4 hours.
When ready to serve, stir again and add additional milk if needed for consistency. Top with more peaches, almond butter, or granola if desired.
