Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9-inch loaf pan by lining it with parchment paper and spraying it with non-stick cooking spray.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Mixing

  • In a large bowl, mix the creamy peanut butter with the granulated sugar and brown sugar until well combined.
  • Add the egg and milk to the peanut butter mixture and whisk until smooth.
  • Gently fold in the dry ingredient mixture, being careful not to overmix.

Baking

  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and level the top.
  • Bake for approximately 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Let the bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
