Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and brown sugar until smooth.
  • Add the egg and vanilla extract to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  • Mix in the baking soda until fully integrated.
  • Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.

Baking

  • Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven when edges are light golden brown and centers are slightly soft.
  • Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes
