  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter Choose high-quality peanut butter without added sugars or oils.
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt.
  • Whisk the mixture until smooth and well-blended, ensuring no lumps of peanut butter remain.
  • Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or syrup if desired.

Churning

  • Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until it reaches a creamy, soft-serve consistency.
  • If you do not have an ice cream maker, pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container, cover, and freeze for about 1-2 hours. Stir every 30 minutes to achieve a smooth texture.
  • Once the yogurt is firm but scoopable, it’s ready to serve.
