  • Start by clearing your workspace. Gather all your ingredients and tools. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cooking

  • Place the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat it in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval until melted and smooth.
  • Dip each Oreo Thin completely in the melted white chocolate using a fork to flip the cookie, allowing excess chocolate to drip off before removing.
  • Transfer the dipped cookies to the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced out.
  • While the white chocolate is still wet, sprinkle each cookie with peppermint bits.
  • Allow the cookies to set at room temperature or refrigerate for about 15-20 minutes until hardened.
