Instructions
In a large pot, combine heavy whipping cream, sweetened condensed milk, whole milk, milk chocolate chips, and vanilla extract.
Heat the mixture over medium-high heat, whisking occasionally until it begins to bubble gently, about 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in 1 to 1.5 teaspoons of peppermint extract, adjusting to taste.
Pour into mugs and top with whipped cream and crushed peppermint candies.
Serve warm and enjoy!
