Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 6 cups Whole Milk
  • 2 cups Milk Chocolate Chips
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1 to 1.5 teaspoons Peppermint Extract
  • Whipped Cream For garnish
  • Crushed Peppermint Candies For garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a large pot, combine heavy whipping cream, sweetened condensed milk, whole milk, milk chocolate chips, and vanilla extract.
  • Heat the mixture over medium-high heat, whisking occasionally until it begins to bubble gently, about 10 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and stir in 1 to 1.5 teaspoons of peppermint extract, adjusting to taste.
  • Pour into mugs and top with whipped cream and crushed peppermint candies.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
