Instructions
In a food processor, combine cream cheese and Oreos. Pulse until fully combined into a dough.
Roll the mixture into 48 one-inch balls and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Freeze the balls for about 20 minutes to firm them up.
Meanwhile, melt white chocolate with peppermint extract in the microwave, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring in between.
Dip each frozen ball into the melted chocolate using a fork, letting excess chocolate drip off.
Before the coating hardens, roll the dipped balls in crushed peppermint candies.
Return the coated balls to the parchment-lined sheet and allow to set at room temperature or in the fridge until the chocolate hardens.
