Delicious bite-sized treats made with Oreos and cream cheese, coated in white chocolate and topped with peppermint crunch.

Ingredients
  

  • 36 pieces Oreos
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened.
  • 16 oz White Chocolate Melting Wafers
  • ½ tsp Peppermint Extract
  • 48 pieces Crushed Peppermint Candies For topping.

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor, combine cream cheese and Oreos. Pulse until fully combined into a dough.
  • Roll the mixture into 48 one-inch balls and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Freeze the balls for about 20 minutes to firm them up.
  • Meanwhile, melt white chocolate with peppermint extract in the microwave, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring in between.
  • Dip each frozen ball into the melted chocolate using a fork, letting excess chocolate drip off.
  • Before the coating hardens, roll the dipped balls in crushed peppermint candies.
  • Return the coated balls to the parchment-lined sheet and allow to set at room temperature or in the fridge until the chocolate hardens.
