Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups Popped Popcorn
  • 1 bag (10 oz) Ghirardelli White Melting Chocolate
  • 1 bag (10 oz) Ghirardelli Milk Chocolate
  • ¼ cup Crushed Peppermints

Instructions
 

  • Divide the popped popcorn evenly between two large mixing bowls.
  • Prepare two baking sheets by spraying with non-stick cooking spray or lining with parchment paper.
  • Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 1-minute intervals and stirring until smooth.
  • Mix a spoonful of crushed peppermint into the melted white chocolate for added flavor.
  • Pour the melted white chocolate over one bowl of popcorn and toss until evenly coated.
  • Spread the coated popcorn onto one of the prepared baking sheets and sprinkle with additional crushed peppermint.
  • Repeat the melting and coating process with the milk chocolate and the second bowl of popcorn.
  • Allow both batches of peppermint popcorn to cool completely before breaking into clusters.
  • Serve in festive bowls or mix together in one large bowl for a colorful treat!
