frozen pineapple (or fresh, peeled and cubed)

ripe banana
(not frozen)

full-fat canned coconut milk
1/4

water

shredded coconut (unsweetened)
Instructions
Gather your ingredients and prepare your blender on a stable surface.
Add the frozen pineapple, sliced banana, coconut milk, water, shredded coconut, and ice cubes to the blender.
Blend on high speed until smooth, pausing to stir as needed. Blend for about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Taste your smoothie and adjust sweetness if desired by adding honey or agave syrup.
Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
