Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple (or fresh, peeled and cubed)
  • 1 ripe banana (not frozen)
  • 1/2 cup full-fat canned coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut (unsweetened)

Instructions
 

  • Gather your ingredients and prepare your blender on a stable surface.
  • Add the frozen pineapple, sliced banana, coconut milk, water, shredded coconut, and ice cubes to the blender.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth, pausing to stir as needed. Blend for about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  • Taste your smoothie and adjust sweetness if desired by adding honey or agave syrup.
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
