Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 banana peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • cold water or milk as needed

Instructions
 

  • Gather all the ingredients and prepare the banana and pineapple pieces.
  • Add the frozen pineapple, banana, Greek yogurt, honey, and sweetened condensed milk to the blender.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  • If the smoothie is too thick, add cold water or milk gradually until you reach the desired consistency.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness with more honey or condensed milk if desired.
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
