Blending

  • Combine in the blender: Add the chopped pineapple, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, shredded coconut, and ice.
  • Blend together: Start blending at a low speed, gradually increasing until smooth (30 seconds to a minute).
  • Taste and adjust: Add honey/agave syrup for sweetness or more liquid for a thinner consistency, if desired.

Serving

  • Serve immediately: Pour the smoothie into glasses.
  • Garnish if desired: Sprinkle some toasted coconut on top.
