Or substitute with apple juice for sweetness.

Fresh Spinach

Ripe Banana
Peeled and broken into chunks.

Pineapple Chunks
Fresh or frozen.

Hemp Hearts
For added protein and nutrition.

Instructions
Measure out 1 cup of pineapple juice and pour it into the blender.
Add 2 cups of fresh spinach to the blender, pressing down gently.
Add the peeled banana chunks to the blender.
Toss in 1 cup of pineapple chunks.
Sprinkle in 1/4 cup of hemp hearts.
Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds until smooth. Add more juice or water if needed for desired consistency.
Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary, then pour into glasses and enjoy!
