Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Pineapple Juice Or substitute with apple juice for sweetness.
  • 2 cups Fresh Spinach Packed.
  • 1 piece Ripe Banana Peeled and broken into chunks.
  • 1 cup Pineapple Chunks Fresh or frozen.
  • 1/4 cup Hemp Hearts For added protein and nutrition.

Instructions
 

  • Measure out 1 cup of pineapple juice and pour it into the blender.
  • Add 2 cups of fresh spinach to the blender, pressing down gently.
  • Add the peeled banana chunks to the blender.
  • Toss in 1 cup of pineapple chunks.
  • Sprinkle in 1/4 cup of hemp hearts.
  • Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds until smooth. Add more juice or water if needed for desired consistency.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary, then pour into glasses and enjoy!
