Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweetened soy milk or non-dairy milk of choice
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup frozen cherries (unsweetened)
  • 1 tsp cardamom (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp honey or sweetener of choice (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients and place them in a blender.
  • Pour in the unsweetened soy milk and add the frozen strawberries, raspberries, and cherries.
  • If using, add the cardamom and honey or sweetener.
  • Blend on low speed, gradually increasing to high, until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary, then pour into a glass and enjoy!
