Ingredients

unsweetened soy milk or non-dairy milk of choice

frozen strawberries (unsweetened)
1/2
cup
frozen raspberries (unsweetened)
1/2
cup
frozen cherries (unsweetened)

tsp
cardamom (optional)

Tbsp
honey or sweetener of choice (optional)
Instructions
Gather all your ingredients and place them in a blender.
Pour in the unsweetened soy milk and add the frozen strawberries, raspberries, and cherries.
If using, add the cardamom and honey or sweetener.
Blend on low speed, gradually increasing to high, until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary, then pour into a glass and enjoy!
