  • 1 piece ripe banana Peel and slice before blending.
  • 1/2 large avocado Scoop out half for blending.
  • 1 1/2 cups strawberries, hulled and halved Use fresh strawberries for best flavor.
  • 150 ml almond milk Can be substituted with any plant-based milk.

Preparation

  • Begin by preparing your ingredients. Peel and slice the ripe banana, and halve the avocado to remove the pit.
  • Scoop out half of the avocado into a blender or food processor.
  • Toss in the halved strawberries along with the banana pieces.
  • Pour in the almond milk to help achieve a creamy blend.

Blending

  • Place the lid on your food processor and blend all the ingredients on high speed for about 1-2 minutes, or until completely smooth and creamy.

Serving

  • Transfer the vibrant pink mixture into a bowl.
  • Decorate your smoothie bowl with your favorite toppings such as fruit slices, seeds, or granola.

Notes

For a thicker bowl, consider using frozen strawberries. Adjust sweetness with honey or sweeteners if desired. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 1-2 days.
