  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk of choice (almond, coconut, cow’s milk, etc.) Use your preferred type of milk.
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess) Optional but adds creaminess.
  • 2 tablespoons orange blossom water For flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Adjust to taste.
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
  • Fresh fruit (like berries or orange slices) for topping Add as preferred.
  • Extra nuts or seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a medium bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt (if using), orange blossom water, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until well combined.
  • Fold in the chopped pistachios, mixing them evenly throughout the oat mixture.
  • Transfer the mixture into individual jars or containers, sealing them tightly.
  • Refrigerate the jars overnight, allowing the oats to soak and soften.

Serving

  • The next morning, give the oats a good stir. If they appear too thick, add a splash of milk to reach your desired consistency.
  • Top each serving with fresh fruit and additional nuts or seeds, if desired. Enjoy chilled!

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about three to five days. Customize by adding different fruits, nuts, or seeds as toppings.
