Instructions
Gather all your ingredients, ensuring the bananas are frozen for a creamy texture.
In a high-speed blender, combine the frozen banana slices, protein powder, nut butter, cocoa powder, and your choice of milk.
Blend on high until the mixture reaches a creamy, uniform consistency, scraping down the sides as needed.
If the smoothie is too thick, gradually add more milk until you achieve your desired consistency.
Taste your smoothie bowl and add maple syrup or honey if you prefer it sweeter, then blend again.
Pour the smoothie into a bowl and add your favorite toppings.
