Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 frozen bananas, cut into slices
  • 1 scoop (30g) protein powder (any flavor)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp nut butter (cashew, almond, sunflower seed, or tahini)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp cocoa powder (optional)
  • 60-160 ml milk of choice (dairy or non-dairy)
  • maple syrup or honey to taste optional sweetener

Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients, ensuring the bananas are frozen for a creamy texture.
  • In a high-speed blender, combine the frozen banana slices, protein powder, nut butter, cocoa powder, and your choice of milk.
  • Blend on high until the mixture reaches a creamy, uniform consistency, scraping down the sides as needed.
  • If the smoothie is too thick, gradually add more milk until you achieve your desired consistency.
  • Taste your smoothie bowl and add maple syrup or honey if you prefer it sweeter, then blend again.
  • Pour the smoothie into a bowl and add your favorite toppings.
