Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and brown sugar until creamy.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Stir in the pumpkin puree, mashed bananas, and vanilla extract until combined.
In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 55 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
For the glaze, melt the butter and maple syrup together, then whisk in the powdered sugar, vanilla, and a pinch of salt.
Once the bread has cooled, pour the maple glaze over the top before serving.
