Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb pumpkin bread about one 9×5" loaf
  • 8 oz prepared cream cheese frosting 1 cup
  • 24 oz orange candy coating melts 4 cups
  • 2 TBSP chocolate candy coating melts
  • 2 oz green candy coating melts

Instructions
 

  • Crumble the cooled pumpkin bread into a large bowl.
  • Add the cream cheese frosting and mix until well combined and moist.
  • Form the mixture into walnut-sized balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours until firm.
  • Melt the orange candy coating in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  • Dip each truffle into the melted orange coating, allowing excess to drip off.
  • Pipe decorative lines on each truffle using melted chocolate candy coating.
  • Pipe green candy coating on top to create vines.
  • Chill again briefly to set the coatings, then serve.
