Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3 tbsp finely diced onion
  • 1/2 cup chunky salsa
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 cups Doritos, crumbled
  • 1 green bell pepper for the stem garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a stand mixer, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, diced onion, chunky salsa, and ground cumin. Mix until well incorporated and creamy.
  • Transfer the cheese mixture onto a large piece of plastic wrap. Gather the edges to form a ball, shaping it firmly.
  • Chill the wrapped cheese ball in the refrigerator for at least two hours to allow flavors to meld and help it maintain its shape.
  • After chilling, remove the cheese ball from the plastic wrap and place it on a serving platter. Roll the cheese ball in the crumbled Doritos until fully coated.
  • Cut a small piece from the green bell pepper and insert it into the top of the cheese ball to resemble a pumpkin stem.
