Ingredients
  

  • 2 frozen bananas sliced
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 3/4-1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 Tbsp almond butter or nut butter of your choice
  • 1 Tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice or chai spice for a different twist
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients together.
  • In a blender, combine the frozen bananas, pumpkin puree, and almond milk.
  • Add the almond butter and ground flax seed to the blender.
  • Sprinkle in the pumpkin spice and vanilla extract.
  • Blend everything until smooth. Adjust the consistency with more almond milk if necessary.
  • Taste the smoothie and add sweetener if desired, then blend again briefly.
  • Pour into glasses and garnish as desired.
