Instructions
Gather all your ingredients together.
In a blender, combine the frozen bananas, pumpkin puree, and almond milk.
Add the almond butter and ground flax seed to the blender.
Sprinkle in the pumpkin spice and vanilla extract.
Blend everything until smooth. Adjust the consistency with more almond milk if necessary.
Taste the smoothie and add sweetener if desired, then blend again briefly.
Pour into glasses and garnish as desired.
