pumpkin puree

milk of choice (almond, oat, cow’s milk, etc.)
1/2

crushed ice

nonfat Greek or plain yogurt

tsp
vanilla extract
1/2
tsp
pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
2
tsp
packed brown sugar (or maple syrup, to taste)
Optional: 1
scoop
vanilla protein powder
Instructions
Prepare your blender and gather all ingredients.
Pour the pumpkin puree into the blender, followed by the milk.
Add the crushed ice and Greek yogurt.
Incorporate the vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon, and brown sugar or maple syrup.
If using, add the protein powder.
Blend on high speed until smooth, about 30-60 seconds.
Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary, then serve immediately.
