Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice (almond, oat, cow’s milk, etc.)
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice
  • 6 oz nonfat Greek or plain yogurt
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
  • 2 tsp packed brown sugar (or maple syrup, to taste)
  • Optional: 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Instructions
 

  • Prepare your blender and gather all ingredients.
  • Pour the pumpkin puree into the blender, followed by the milk.
  • Add the crushed ice and Greek yogurt.
  • Incorporate the vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon, and brown sugar or maple syrup.
  • If using, add the protein powder.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth, about 30-60 seconds.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary, then serve immediately.
