Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 packet Ranch Seasoning Mix
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup 10.5 oz
  • 0.5 cup Chicken Broth
  • 0.5 cup Sour Cream
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil For searing the chicken
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Fresh Parsley for garnish Optional

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken breasts on both sides until golden brown.
  • In the crockpot, combine cream of chicken soup, ranch seasoning, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir until smooth.
  • Add the seared chicken breasts to the crockpot and coat them with the sauce.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
  • Once cooked, shred the chicken in the pot and stir in the sour cream and cheddar cheese until melted.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve over rice, pasta, or in tacos.
