Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken breasts on both sides until golden brown.
In the crockpot, combine cream of chicken soup, ranch seasoning, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir until smooth.
Add the seared chicken breasts to the crockpot and coat them with the sauce.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
Once cooked, shred the chicken in the pot and stir in the sour cream and cheddar cheese until melted.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve over rice, pasta, or in tacos.
