  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  • Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels to help the skin become crispy.
  • In a large bowl, combine the chicken thighs and drizzle with olive oil.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried thyme, black pepper, and salt.
  • Massage the seasoning mixture into the chicken thighs, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  • Arrange the thighs skin-side up on the prepared baking sheet, allowing space between each piece.

Cooking

  • Bake the chicken thighs in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, checking that they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  • Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Serving

  • Garnish with freshly chopped parsley just before serving.
  • Serve alongside roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a garden salad.
