Instructions
Gather all ingredients and measure them out for easy blending.
Pour 1 1/2 cups of apple juice into the blender as the base.
Add the banana, breaking it into chunks before placing it in the blender.
Incorporate the 1 1/2 cups of frozen raspberries into the mixture.
Spoon in 3/4 cup of vanilla Greek yogurt for creaminess.
If desired, drizzle in 1 tablespoon of honey for added sweetness.
Blend on high speed for 30 seconds to 1 minute until smooth.
Check consistency; add more apple juice if needed to thin it out.
Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with fresh raspberries and mint sprigs.
