Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups apple juice adds natural sweetness and liquid
  • 1 piece banana provides creaminess
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen raspberries for tart flavor and color
  • 3/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt adds creaminess and probiotics
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional, for extra sweetness
  • as needed fresh raspberries for garnish
  • as needed mint sprigs for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Gather all ingredients and measure them out for easy blending.
  • Pour 1 1/2 cups of apple juice into the blender as the base.
  • Add the banana, breaking it into chunks before placing it in the blender.
  • Incorporate the 1 1/2 cups of frozen raspberries into the mixture.
  • Spoon in 3/4 cup of vanilla Greek yogurt for creaminess.
  • If desired, drizzle in 1 tablespoon of honey for added sweetness.
  • Blend on high speed for 30 seconds to 1 minute until smooth.
  • Check consistency; add more apple juice if needed to thin it out.
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with fresh raspberries and mint sprigs.
