Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Reese’s Pieces
  • 1-2 packages candy eyeballs
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened butter and brown sugar until fluffy.
  • Add the smooth peanut butter and mix until fully incorporated.
  • Mix in the vanilla extract and egg until combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  • Fold in the Reese’s Pieces and chocolate chips (if using).
  • Scoop the dough into 1.5-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  • Press candy eyeballs into the center of each cookie immediately after removing from the oven.
  • Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
