dark cocoa candy melts

Instructions
Begin by melting the dark cocoa candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals until smooth.
Pipe out 24 small teardrop-shaped eyes onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze for about three minutes until set.
In a large mixing bowl, spray with baking spray, then pour in the Rice Krispies Cereal.
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat, then add mini marshmallows and white chocolate chips. Stir until melted and smooth.
Pour the melted marshmallow mixture over the cereal and mix well until coated.
Let the mixture cool slightly, then shape into cone forms to create ghost shapes.
Press two chocolate eyes onto each ghost. Allow to set at room temperature for about an hour.
