Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cooked and shredded)
  • 20 oz cream of chicken soup (2 cans)
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers (crushed)

Instructions
 

  • Cook the chicken breasts until fully cooked, then shred them.
  • In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream. Mix until well blended.
  • Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and spread the chicken mixture evenly in the dish.
  • Crush the Ritz crackers in their sleeve and sprinkle the crumbs over the chicken mixture.
  • Drizzle melted butter over the cracker crumbs.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake for 30-35 minutes, until the cracker topping is golden brown and the sides are bubbling.
  • Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
