Ritz crackers (crushed)
Instructions
Cook the chicken breasts until fully cooked, then shred them.
In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream. Mix until well blended.
Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and spread the chicken mixture evenly in the dish.
Crush the Ritz crackers in their sleeve and sprinkle the crumbs over the chicken mixture.
Drizzle melted butter over the cracker crumbs.
Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake for 30-35 minutes, until the cracker topping is golden brown and the sides are bubbling.
Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
