  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Can swap with avocado oil or sesame oil for different flavors.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Can be substituted with Italian herbs.
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder Optional, can be omitted.
  • 1 teaspoon paprika Adds color and slight flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme Can use other herbs for flavor variation.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Essentials for seasoning.
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish, optional) Enhances presentation.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Wash the potatoes thoroughly under cold water to remove any dirt. Optionally, peel them.
  • Dice the potatoes into uniform cubes, approximately 1-inch in size.

Cooking

  • In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Toss until all the potatoes are well coated.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Add the seasoned potatoes to the air fryer basket in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding.
  • Cook for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are golden brown and fork-tender.
  • Remove the potatoes from the air fryer and transfer them to a serving dish. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes
