Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. ground beef (sirloin)
  • 16 oz. Velveeta cubed
  • 10 oz. Rotel canned

Instructions
 

  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and sprinkle with taco seasoning. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes, then drain excess grease.
  • Add the cubed Velveeta cheese to the skillet with the cooked beef. Pour in the Rotel and stir until the Velveeta begins to melt.
  • Continue stirring gently as the cheese melts, creating a smooth dip. Cook for another 5 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
  • Serve warm with tortilla chips or fresh veggies for dipping. Keep warm on low heat if desired.
