diced celery

Instructions
Remove the meat from the rotisserie chicken and shred or chop it into bite-sized pieces.
In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, poultry seasoning, and salt. Mix well to create the dressing.
Add the chicken, diced celery, and diced onion to the bowl. Stir until everything is evenly coated with the dressing.
Cover the bowl and chill the salad for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
Give the salad a quick stir before serving.
