Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole rotisserie chicken (about 5 cups of pulled chicken)
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Remove the meat from the rotisserie chicken and shred or chop it into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, poultry seasoning, and salt. Mix well to create the dressing.
  • Add the chicken, diced celery, and diced onion to the bowl. Stir until everything is evenly coated with the dressing.
  • Cover the bowl and chill the salad for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
  • Give the salad a quick stir before serving.
