Ingredients
  

For the Meatballs and Gravy

  • 26 oz 1 bag frozen meatballs About 30-35 meatballs
  • 2 cups Reduced-sodium beef broth
  • 1 packet Brown gravy mix
  • 1 packet Onion soup mix
  • 2 tablespoons Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Cold water

Preparation

  • Place the frozen meatballs directly into the slow cooker.
  • In a separate bowl, combine beef broth, brown gravy mix, onion soup mix, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until smooth.
  • Pour the gravy mixture over the meatballs in the slow cooker and stir gently to coat.

Cooking

  • Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
  • About 30 minutes before serving, mix cornstarch with cold water in a small bowl and stir into the slow cooker to thicken the gravy.

Serving

  • Serve the Salisbury steak meatballs over mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles.
